规范化疼痛护理对肝癌切除术后患者睡眠质量、生活质量的影响观察

Efficacy of standardized pain nursing on sleep quality and quality of life in patients with hepatectomy

目的:探究规范化疼痛护理对肝癌患者围术期疼痛情况及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月于我院接受护理的102例肝癌患者为受试对象,按照入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组各51例。对照组予以常规护理,实验组行规范化疼痛护理干预。比较两组患者围手术期疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、数字等级量表(Numeric Rating Scales,NRS)],护理前、术后1个月后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep QualityIndexScale,PSQI)]及生活质量(EORTCQLQ-C30量表)的变化情况。结果:护理后,两组患者VAS、NRS、PSQI量表评分均较护理前显著提升,EORTCQLQ-C30量表评分均较护理前明显下降,且实验组上述所有指标明显高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:规范化疼痛护理确可改善肝癌患者围术期疼痛情况、提高其生活质量与睡眠质量,于其病情转归有利。

Objective: To explore the effect of standardized pain nursing on perioperative pain and quality of life in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: 102 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who were nursed in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, 51 cases in each according to the order of admission. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received standardized pain nursing intervention. The changes of perioperative pain(VAS, NRS), sleep quality(PSQI) and quality of life(EORTCQLQ-C30) before and one month after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: After nursing, the scores of VAS, NRS and PSQI scales in both groups were significantly higher than those before nursing, and the scores of EORTCQLQ-C30 scales were significantly lower than those before nursing, and all the above indexes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05). Conclusion: Standardized pain nursing can improve perioperative pain, quality of life and sleep of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, and is beneficial to their prognosis.
