辛苦寒温、相反相成法治疗赣鄱地区过敏性鼻炎可行性研究

The feasibility study on treating allergic rhinitis by the Xinku Hanwen therapy plus the Xiangfan Xiangcheng theory in Ganpo area

目的:基于赣鄱地区地理位置与民众饮食习惯的特殊性,探讨辛苦寒温、相反相成治疗过敏性鼻炎的可行性。方法:理论文献探究,数据挖掘分析,临床实例验证。结果:基于《黄帝内经》,参考历代诸家临床经验,结合赣鄱地区气候、饮食情况与疾病的现状,推论赣鄱地区过敏性鼻炎患者的主要病机是"上焦风寒饮闭表,中下焦痰湿热内蕴",理论论证了辛苦寒温、相反相成治法的可行性。通过数据分析发现辛苦寒温法是该病治方的典型配伍方式之一,核心药对为苍耳子与黄芩。将该假说用于临床,实践验证了辛苦寒温法之可行性。即以白芷、苍耳子辛散外风,白术、苍术苦燥内湿,胆南星、黄芩寒清痰热,香薷、细辛温化寒饮。结论:赣鄱地区过敏性鼻炎的主要病机是"上焦风寒饮闭表,中下焦痰湿热内蕴",辛苦寒温、相反相成治法具有较高可行性,愈后较好。

Objective:To discuss the feasibility of treating allergic rhinitis by the Xinku Hanwen therapy plus the Xiangfan Xiangcheng theory(辛苦寒温、相反相成法),according to the particularity of the geographical location and the people’s dietary habits in the Ganpo area.Methods:Theoretical researching,data analysis and clinical trailing were verified.Results:According to the theory in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),the clinical experience of various doctors,the climate,diet and status of disease in the Ganpo area.We inferre that the main pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis in Ganpo area was Shangjiao Fenghanyin Bibiao(上焦风寒饮闭表),Zhongxiajiao Tanshire Neiyun(中下焦痰湿热内蕴).The feasibility of the Xinku Hanwen therapy plus the Xiangfan Xiangcheng theory is theoretically versified.The typical compatibility of medicines is Xinku Hanwen.Cangerzi(苍耳子)and Huangqin(黄芩)are core paired-component.The therapy is applied in clinic.Conclusion:The main pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis of Ganpo area was Shangjiao Fenghanyin Bibiao,Zhongxiajiao Tanshire Neiyun.It is feasible to treat allergic rhinitis in Ganpo area by the Xinku Hanwen therapy plus the Xiangfan Xiangcheng theory.
