《中华人民共和国药典》中成药治疗便秘的用药分析

An analysis of TCM medicine in Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China for treating constipation

目的:应用中医传承辅助平台,分析和总结《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版,以下简称《药典》)中成药治疗便秘的组方规律,为临床更好地治疗便秘提供新的思路和理论依据。方法:梳理《药典》"成方制剂和单味制剂"中"功能与主治"出现"便秘"及相关病症(如便难、大便干结、排出不畅等)的所有中成药,运用中医传承辅助平台进行数据整理挖掘。结果:筛选出方剂共56首,涉及中药160味,使用频次前10位分别是大黄,黄芩,甘草,栀子,枳实,黄连,槟榔,陈皮,木香,山楂;出现频次最多的药对及组合为:黄芩-大黄,黄连-大黄;演化得到3味药的核心组合10个,聚类得到新处方5首。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台对《药典》中治疗便秘的中成药进行数据分析,得出其作用以清热润肠、顺气导滞为主。

Objective:To analyze and summarize the prescription rules of TCM patent medicine for treating constipation in Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2015 edition)by using the TCM inheritance assistance platform,so as to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for better clinical treatment of constipation.Methods:All proprietary TCM medicines with"functions and indications"of"constipation"and related symptoms(such as difficulty in stools,dry stools,and poor discharge)in"prescription preparations and single-taste preparations"of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2015 edition)were sorted out,and data were collected by using the TCM inheritance support platform.Results:56 prescriptions were selected,involving 160 herbs.The top 10 prescriptions were rhubarb,scutellaria,liquorice,gardenia,fai,coptis chinensis,areca,tangerine peel,woody incense and hawthorn.The most frequent drug pairs and combinations were:scutellaria-rhubarb,coptis-rhubarb.Evolution obtained 10 core combinations of 3 drugs,and clustering obtained 5 new prescriptions.Conclusion:data analysis of proprietary Chinese medicine for treating constipation in pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2015 edition)was conducted through TCM inheritance assistance platform,and it was concluded that its functions were mainly to clear the heat,moisten the intestine,and channel the Qi(气).
