玉龙散联合龙骨灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Observation on treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with the Yulong powder plus the Longgu moxibustion

目的:观察玉龙散联合龙骨灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation,LDH)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组给予常规基础治疗,治疗组在其基础上给予玉龙散联合龙骨灸治疗,治疗1个疗程后分别观察两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)指数、生活质量以及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者VAS疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.491,P=0.624);治疗后,两组患者VAS疼痛评分较治疗前降低,且治疗组较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(t=2.165,P=0.034);治疗前,两组患者ODI指数比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.705,P=0.483);治疗后,两组患者ODI指数较治疗前降低,且治疗组较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(t=2.233,P=0.029);治疗后,两组患者的身体健康、精神健康水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:玉龙散联合龙骨灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症能减轻疼痛症状,改善腰部功能障碍,提高生活质量,临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yulong Powder(玉龙散)plus the Longgu moxibustion(龙骨灸)on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:60 cases were divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group given conventional treatment.The treatment group was given the Yulong Powder plus Longgu moxibustion more.Results:After treatment,the VAS pain score in two groups was reduced,and that in the treatment group was more than the control group(t=2.165,P=0.034).After treatment,the ODI in two groups was decreased,and the ODI in the treatment group was more significant than the control group(t=2.233,P=0.029).The physical and mental health levels in two groups were higher than before treatment,and those in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The Yulong Powder plus Longgu moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation can reduce pain symptoms,improve lumbar dysfunction and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
