摘要
目的:分析代谢综合征患者的体质类型分布特点,并分析各生化指标与不同体质类型的相关性,为代谢综合征的预防及治疗提供指导。方法:对符合代谢综合征西医诊断标准的328例患者进行中医体质辨识,并统计各体质类型代谢综合征患者的血脂、血糖、血尿酸等生化指标,分析各生化指标和体质类型之间的相关性。结果:代谢综合征患者痰湿质(P<0.01)和湿热质(P<0.05)比例显著高于对照组,而平和质和阴虚质体质类型显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。血尿酸水平最高的体质类型为湿热质,湿热质和血瘀质代谢综合征患者的血尿酸水平显著高于平和质(P<0.05),总胆固醇水平和甘油三酯水平最高的均为痰湿质,气虚质和阴虚质人群的总胆固醇水平显著低于痰湿质(P<0.05),而气虚质和气郁质人群的甘油三酯水平显著低于痰湿质(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白水平最高的是痰湿质,显著高于平和质、气虚质和阴虚质,空腹血糖最高的体质类型为湿热质,显著高于平和质和特禀质人群(P<0.05),高血压比例最高的三种体质类型为气郁质、湿热质和痰湿质。结论:血尿酸和空腹血糖最高的为湿热质人群,而痰湿质人群的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平最高,提示高尿酸和高血糖和湿热体质类型相关,而血脂水平和痰湿体质类型相关。
Objective:To analyze the constitution types in patients with metabolic syndrome,and to discuss the correlation of biochemical markers with different constitution types.Methods:328 patients were enrolled and identified to different constitution type,then we analyzed the relationship between the level of biochemical markers and the type of constitutions.Results:The ratio of constitution of Tanshi(痰湿)and Shire(湿热)in patients with metabolic syndrome are significantly higher than the control group,while the ratio of constitution of Yin-yang harmony(平和质)and constitution of Yinxu(阴虚)are significantly lower than the control group.The level of serum uric acid are highest in patients with the Shire constitution.The constitution of Tanshi possesses the highest level of both total cholesterol and triglyceride.The level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol is found higher in the Tanshi constitution than the other constitutions.The highest level of glucose is found in the Shire constitution.The allergic constitution,the constitution of Shire and the constitution of Tanshi are top three constitutions in incidence rate of hypertension.Conclusion:The hyperuricemia and high level of blood glucose are found in the Shire constitution,and the high level of lipid are found in the Tanshi constitution.And the results means that hyperuricemia and high level of blood glucose are related with the Shire constitution and the high level of lipid are related with the Tanshi constitution.
