降糖通络汤对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床疗效及血液流变学的影响研究

Efficacy of the Jiangtang Tongluo decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and hemorheology

目的:探讨降糖通络汤用于治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)的临床效果。方法:选择2016年1月-2019年4月间我院收治的60例2型糖尿病并发DPN患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),分别接受常规治疗和常规治疗联合降糖通络汤加减治疗。结果:观察组患者的显效率和总体有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的空腹血糖(GLU)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等指标差异不大(P>0.05);经过一个疗程的治疗后,两组患者上述指标均显著下降,且两组间患者的相关血糖指标仍差异不大(P>0.05)。治疗前两组患者的全血切粘度[全血高切变粘度(HSV);全血低切变粘度(LSV)]、血浆比粘度(PSV)、血小板聚集率、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积(HCT)等血液流变学指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);经过一个疗程的干预,观察组患者上述血液流变学指标血指标均较前明显改善(P<0.05),而对照组患者血液流变学指标则改善不显著(P>0.05)。两组患者药物不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:降糖通络汤用于治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效明确,并可有效改善患者的血液流变学指标,且安全性良好,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Jiangtang Tongluo decoction(降糖通络汤)on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:From January 2016 to April 2019,60 cases were divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given the Jiangtang Tongluo decoction more.Results:The marked improvement rate and the total efficiency in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,GLU 2 h FPG and HbA1 c in the two groups were decreased,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Hemorheological indexes such as HSV,LSV,PSV,platelet aggregation rate,erythrocyte aggregation index,HCT in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Jiangtang Tongluo decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy shows good effects,can effectively improve the hemorheology index of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
