浅析加味黄芽汤治疗脾胃虚寒之功能性消化不良 被引量:6

摘要 清代著名医学家黄元御在辨证治疗功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia,FD)方面经验丰富,他根据《黄帝内经》天人相应观归纳出了"左路木火升发,右路金水敛降,中焦土气斡旋"的"一气周流"理论模型:脾胃中焦之气,和济水火之机,升降金木之轴。认为功能性消化不良主要是由于素体脾胃虚弱及饮食、起居失常等损伤脾胃或寒邪直中,阻遏脾胃阳气,致中焦气机升降失常,胃失和降而致脾胃虚寒居多。在治疗上以泻水补火、扶阳抑阴、使中气轮转、清浊复位为大法,运用加味黄芽汤治疗脾胃虚寒之功能性消化不良。 Huang Yuanyu,a famous medical master in the Qing dynasty,had rich experience in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.He based on the thought of correspondence between nature and human in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),summed up the theoretical model of Yiqi Zhouliu(一气周流).He believed that functional dyspepsia is mainly caused by the deficiency of Piwei(脾胃),also the disorder of diet and daily life damage to Piwei or Hanxie Zhizhong(寒邪直中)to suppress the Yangqi(阳气)of Piwei cause Piwei Xuhan(脾胃虚寒).In addition,functional dyspepsia should be treated from Xiehuo Bushui(泻火补水),Fuyang Yiyin(扶阳抑阴)to make Zhongqi(中气)flowed and Qingzhuo(清浊)reset.And the Huangyin decoction(加味黄芽汤)was applied in treating functional dyspepsia of the Piwei Xuhan type.
