益气强心方联合西药治疗难治性心力衰竭50例

Treating 50 cases of refractory heart failure with the Yiqi Qiangxin prescription plus western medicine

目的:探究益气强心方联合西药治疗难治性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法:选取2015年5月-2019年5月我院收治的100例难治性心力衰竭患者,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组行西医治疗,观察组在其基础上联合益气强心方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能指标变化[包括左心射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fractions,LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End-Diastolic Dimension,LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular End Systolic Diameter,LVESD)、心肌能量消耗(Myocardial Energy Expenditure,MEE)、心输出量(Cardiac Output,CO)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胸闷评分为(1.16±0.42)分、喘促评分为(2.04±0.81)分、气短评分为(1.16±0.45)分、水肿评分为(2.31±0.40)分,均低于对照组(2.13±0.84)分、(2.96±0.87)分、(1.85±0.69)分、(2.75±0.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量总评分为(42.05±8.86)分,低于对照组(55.59±8.41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF为(49.58±8.22)%、CO为(5.13±0.33)L/min、MEE为(98.82±10.05)Cal/min均高于对照组,LVEDD为(51.83±3.41)mm、LVESD为(37.82±3.62)mm,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气强心方联合西药在治疗难治性心力衰竭中可取得较好的临床效果,患者心功能得到较好改善,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Yiqi Qiangxin prescription(益气强心方)plus western medicine on refractory heart failure.Methods:100 cases were divided into 2 groups,50 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given the Yiqi Qiangxin prescription more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the chest tightness score in the observation group was(1.16±0.42),the wheezing score was(2.04±0.81),the shortness of breath score was(1.16±0.45),and the edema score was(2.31±0.40),were lower than(2.13±0.84)points,(2.96±0.87)points,(1.85±0.69)points,(2.75±0.62)points in the control group,P<0.05.The total quality of life score in the observation group was(42.05±8.86)points,was lower than(55.59±8.41)points in the control group,P<0.05.The LVEF in the observation group was(49.58±8.22)%,CO was(5.13±0.33)L/min,and MEE was(98.82±10.05)Cal/min,those were all higher than those in the control group;LVEDD was(51.83±3.41)mm and LVESD was(37.82±3.62)mm,which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Qiangxin prescription plus western medicine on refractory heart failure can improve heart function,and is worthy of promotion.
