盆炎净口服液在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者中的应用及对血瘀微环境的影响研究

Efficacy of the Penyanjing oral liquid on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and blood stasis microenvironment

目的:探讨盆炎净口服液在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者中的应用。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年5月我院收治的164例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,随机分为两组,对照组应用头孢西丁钠及奥硝唑注射液静滴治疗,研究组应用盆炎净口服液治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、炎性因子指标、盆腔包块与盆腔积液量。结果:研究组治疗效果好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组炎性因子指标没有明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组炎性因子指标低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组盆腔包块与盆腔积液量没有明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后研究组盆腔包块与盆腔积液量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,进行盆炎净口服液治疗,临床效果理想,可降低炎性因子指标,减小盆腔包块,降低盆腔积液量。因此,在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者治疗中,盆炎净口服液治疗应进一步推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Penyanjing oral liquid(盆炎净口服液)on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:From August 2017 to May 2019,164 cases were divided into two groups.The control group was given cefoxitin sodium plus ornidazole injection,and the research group was given Penyanjing oral liquid.Results:Efficiency in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory factor indicators,pelvic mass and pelvic fluid volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Penyanjing oral liquid on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease shows good effects,can reduce inflammatory factor indicators,pelvic mass and pelvic fluid volume,and is worthy of promotion.
