中药穴位贴敷配合护理治疗小儿肺炎的疗效研究

Efficacy of TCM acupoint application plus nursing on children with pneumonia

目的:探讨小儿肺炎患儿接受中药穴位贴敷配合护理治疗的疗效。方法:选取本院2018年1月-2019年3月接收的81例小儿肺炎患儿,随机将其分为观察组41例、对照组40例。对照组接受常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以中药穴位贴敷配合护理治疗。对比两组治疗效果以及恢复情况,并观察两组治疗依从性以及治疗前后生活质量评分变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,临床各症状缓解时间以及住院时间均低于对照组;观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组;观察组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组与本组治疗前,P<0.05。结论:小儿肺炎患儿接受中药穴位贴敷配合护理治疗可进一步提高治疗依从性,间接改善临床治疗效果,促进临床症状快速缓解,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM acupoint application plus nursing on children with pneumonia.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2019,81 cases were divided into 41 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given TCM acupoint application plus nursing more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the time to alleviation of clinical symptoms and length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group.The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and before treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM acupoint application plus nursing on children with pneumonia,can alleviate clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
