中药穴位贴敷配合护理治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察

Observation on treating pediatric pneumonia by acupoint application plus nursing

目的:研究中药穴位贴敷配合护理治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法:于2014年6月-2019年6月抽取80例小儿肺炎患儿,根据患儿的入院时间进行分组,给予入院较早的40例患儿常规治疗以及常规护理,将其划分为对照组,入院较晚的40例患儿则接受中药穴位贴敷以及护理干预治疗,将其划分为观察组,对比两组患儿的临床症状改善情况、治疗效果以及治疗期间出现不良病症的情况,综合分析其应用价值。结果:观察组患儿体温恢复所需时间以及憋喘症状改善所需时间与对照组比较明显较少(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿的中医证候积分比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患儿的中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿的各项心肌酶指标比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的各项心肌酶指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组显效以及有效的患儿明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组出现不良症状的患者明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合护理干预应用到小儿肺炎的治疗中能够显著改善患者的病情,提高治疗效果,还具有预防治疗期间不良症状出现的作用,应用效果较为显著,可以将其作为小儿肺炎的首选治疗方案。

Objective:To study efficacy of acupuncture point application plus nursing on pediatric pneumonia.Methods:From June 2014 to June 2019,80 children with pediatric pneumonia were selected.According to the admission time of the children,40 children who were admitted to the hospital were given routine treatment and routine care,as the control groups.40 children who were admitted to the hospital later received acupuncture points and nursing intervention,as the observation groups.Results:The body temperature recovery time and asthma improvement time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and myocardial enzymes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,efficiency was better than the control group(P<0.05),and there were fewer adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture point application plus nursing on pediatric pneumonia shows good effects,with less adverse reactions,can improve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
