城市修补策略下的环境更新初探——以“米兰2030”空间改造为例

A Preliminary Study on Environmental Renewal Under Urban Renewal Strategy--A Case of the Renovation of “Milan 2030”

文章以城市修补策略下的环境更新为研究背景,结合第22届米兰三年展提出的"米兰2030"城市计划和米兰理工大学基于SF地区(Scarlo Farini)城市空间改造设计课程,介绍笔者运用城市修补设计策略对该地区进行更新设计的概念方案。笔者从功能修复、环境改善、融入城市等维度展现如何运用该策略修补米兰SF地区破损的城市环境,使废旧空间片区转化为具有活力的城市景观,体现城市修补策略在环境更新中的作用。最后,从社区功能再生、环境改善和城市弥合作用等方面对城市修补策略的价值进行思考,以期对中国城市的环境更新提供参考。

Based on the background of environmental renewal under the urban renewal strategy, this paper combines the "Milan 2030" urban plan proposed by the 22nd Milan Triennial and the design course of the Polytechnic University of Milan based on urban space transformation in the Scarlo Farini area. This paper introduces the concept scheme of updating and designing the area by using the design strategy of urban repair. This paper elaborates on how to repair the damaged urban environment in Milan’s Scarlo Farini area under the application of this strategy from different dimensions such as functional restoration, environmental improvement and integration into the city, etc. so that the waste space area can be transformed into a vibrant landscape building, illustrating the role of urban repair strategy in environmental renewal. Finally, the value of the urban repair strategy is considered from the aspects of the functional regeneration of the community, the improvement of the environment and the function of the bridge of the city, so as to provide a reference for the environmental renewal of Chinese cities.
