基于热舒适性改善的安置小区景观优化探究——以洛阳洛龙区龙祥小区为例

摘要 随着城市化进程的推进,城市框架被不断拉大,边缘不断扩张,安置小区涌现,其作为解决拆迁安置问题的重要手段,成为城市居住区新元素。安置小区的建设多注重土地资源的集约利用,时常忽视居住区环境的舒适性。本文选取洛阳市典型的安置小区--龙祥小区进行微气候模拟分析,探究既有安置小区景观优化设计的合理性策略,以改善安置小区夏季热舒适性,提升安置居民的居住品质。 With the advancement of urbanization, the urban framework continues to expand, the edges continue to expand, and resettlement communities are emerging. As an important means to solve the resettlement problem, resettlement communities have emerged as new elements of urban residential areas. The construction of resettlement communities mostly focuses on the intensive use of land resources, and often ignores the comfort of the environment in the residential area. This article selects the typical resettlement community in Luoyang new area, Longxiang Community, to conduct microclimate simulation research, and explores the rationality strategies of existing resettlement community landscape optimization design in order to improve the summer thermal comfort of the resettlement community and the living quality of the resettled residents.
