绿色建筑设计策略浅析——以青岛硅谷大厦及配套一期工程绿色建筑设计为例

Analysis on Green Building Design Strategy--A Case of the Green Building Design of Qingdao Guigu Mansion and Its Supporting Phase I Project

本文以位于青岛即墨区的青岛硅谷大厦及配套项目一期工程为研究实例,展开关于绿色建筑三星标准设计技术要点的介绍。文章以绿色建筑设计理念为指导,将做好建筑的整体设计、因地制宜、尊重当地环境、合理使用建筑材料、重视利用可再生能源、采用建筑节能新技术作为绿色建筑设计策略,根据工程的实际情况和设计中所遇到的问题,对绿色建筑设计要点进行梳理和探讨,总结出绿色建筑三星标准设计中采用的主要先进技术及经验,以期为绿色建筑设计的发展提供一些思路和参考。

Based on the first phase project of Qingdao Guigu Mansion and its supporting projects in Jimo district, Qingdao, this paper introduces the technical points of three-star green building standard. The case project is guided by the concept of green building design to complete the overall design of the building. The design strategy is to adjust measures to local conditions, respect local environment, reasonably use building materials, pay attention to the use of renewable energy and adopt new building energy-saving technologies. According to the actual situation of the project case and the problems encountered in the design, this paper combs and discusses the key points of green building design, summarizes the main advanced technology and experience used in the three-star standard design of green building, and provides some ideas and references for the development of green building design.
