钻屑解吸指标(Δh2)与吸附平衡压力的关系研究

摘要 钻屑解吸指标(Δh2)与煤与瓦斯突出的危险性紧密相关,为定量得出钻屑解吸指标(Δh2)与吸附平衡压力的关系,采用解吸实验装置对软硬煤的解吸规律进行了定量研究。结果表明:吸附平衡压力越大,解吸量越大;同一吸附平衡压力下,软煤的瓦斯解吸量大于硬煤的瓦斯解吸量;软煤的钻屑瓦斯解吸指标(Δh2)大于硬煤的钻屑瓦斯解吸指标(Δh2),钻屑瓦斯解吸指标(Δh2)随着吸附平衡压力的增加而增加,钻屑瓦斯解吸指标(Δh2)与吸附平衡压力满足指数函数关系,为防治煤与瓦斯突出提供了理论指导。 The drilling cuttings desorption index(Δh2)is closely related to the risk of coal and gas outburst.In order to obtain the quantitative relationship between the drilling cuttings desorption index(Δh2)and the adsorption equilibrium pressure,the desorption law of soft and hard coal was quantitatively studied by using desorption experimental device.The results show that the gas desorption capacity of soft coal is larger than that of hard coal under the same adsorption equilibrium pressure.The drilling cuttings gas desorption index(Δh2)of soft coal is higher than that of hard coal(Δh2),and the drilling cuttings gas desorption index(Δh2)increases with the increase of adsorption equilibrium pressure,the index of gas desorption by drilling cuttings(Δh2)and the equilibrium pressure of adsorption meet the exponential function,which provides theoretical guidance for the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst.
