Development is the core issue faced by China and the rest of world. Along its successful ways of development,China has transformed into the mode of high-quality development. Mean while,the world economy has not yet found new development momentum after the Financial Crisis. In fact,under the neo-liberal model, the shortcomings of "low-end development lock-in"and"central-edge"development structure are fully manifested,and the world needs new development concepts and models.Based on the core development issue,China’s new development concept advocates the construction of a new path of inclusive development with equal symbiosis,seeking innovative power for the world’s balanced and shared development, inspiring the vitality of openness,building a shared platform,and exploring a new path of synergy between China and the rest of world. The new development concept enriches the world’s development theory treasure house and has important methodological value in solving world peace and development problems.
