女性年龄对冷冻胚复苏移植周期妊娠结局的影响

Effect of female age on pregnancy outcome during cryopreservation transplantation cycle

目的探究年龄对女性冻胚移植妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析了2018年1月至12月在我院生殖医学中心行冻胚复苏移植周期的患者的实验室数据,将患者按照年龄分为低龄组和高龄组,比较两组临床妊娠率和及胚胎着床率。结果两组不孕年限、内膜厚度、移植胚胎数等比较,均没有显著性差异(P>0.05);生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率以及胚胎着床率两组相比较,都有显著性差异(P<0.05),且低龄组均高于高龄组。结论年龄对冷冻复苏周期的妊娠结局有不利影响,高龄患者移植优质胚胎之前也应先行植入前遗传学诊断。

Objective:To explore the effect of age on pregnancy outcome of frozen embryo in female.Methods:Laboratory data of patients undergoing frozen embryo resuscitation transplantation cycle in the center of reproductive medicine of our hospital from January to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into two groups according to age:the younger group and the older group,and clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate of the two groups were compared.Results:There were no significant differences(P>0.05) between the two groups in the number of infertile years,endometrial thickness and the number of embryos transferred.Biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate were significantly different(P<0.05)between the two groups,and the younger group was higher than the older group.Conclusion:Age has an adverse effect on the pregnancy outcome of cry resuscitation cycle,and pre-implantation genetic diagnosis should be carried out in elderly patients before transplantation of high-quality embryos.
