体外受精周期精子参数与胚胎发育动力学参数的相关性研究 被引量:1

The study on the correlation between sperm parameters and embryo morphokinetics during in vitro fertilization

摘要 目的探讨体外受精周期精子参数与胚胎发育动力学参数的相关性。方法回顾性分析2016年10月-2018年10月在我院进行Time-lapse监测培养的130个体外受精周期,取卵当日对用于受精的精子标本进行常规参数、精子动力学参数、精子DNA碎片率及顶体完整率检测,同时监测胚胎体外发育的动力学参数,分析精子参数和胚胎发育动力学参数之间的关系。结果①精子总活力(PN+PR)与tPNa和t5等动力学参数均呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。②精子的动力学参数LIN与tPNf呈显著正相关(P<0.05);WOB与tPNf和t2均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。③精子DNA碎片率(SDF)和精子自发顶体反应率均与tPNa呈显著正相关(P<0.05);精子顶体完整率与tPNa呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论体外受精周期精子参数与胚胎发育动力学参数存在相关性,精子质量影响受精后合子原核出现时间。 Objective:To explore the correlation between sperm parameters and embryo morphokinetics during in vitro fertilization.Methods:Totally 130 IVF treatment cycles using Time-lapse were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018.On the day of oocyte collection,the routine parameters,sperm dynamics parameters,sperm DNA fragmentation rate and acrosome integrity rate of sperm samples for fertilization were measured.At the same time,the embryo morphokinetics were monitored,and the relationship between sperm parameters and embryo morphokinetics was analyzed.Results:①There were negative significant correlations between PR+NP with tPNa and t5(P<0.05).②There were positive significant correlations between LIN with tPNf(P<0.05),the WOB was positively correlated with tPNf and t2(P<0.05).③There was positive significant correlations between Sperm DNA fragmentation rate and sperm spontaneous acrosome reaction rate with tPNa(P<0.05);acrosome integrity rate was negatively correlated with tPNa(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between sperm parameters and embryo morphokinetics during in vitro fertilization,Sperm quality affects the time of pronuclei appearance after fertilization.
