多元治理结构视域下职业教育校企双元育人的利益主体与路径框架 被引量:14

The Interest Subject and Path Framework of School-enterprise Dual Education in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Multiple Governance Structure

摘要 推进职业教育产教融合、校企合作,实现职业教育校企双元育人,一直是我国职业教育改革的逻辑主线。职业教育校企双元育人从应然状态向实然状态的转变是校企双元育人的内生性的育人表征。从职业教育校企双元育人的核心指标、结构性错位和多主体治理复位等三个层次的内生性诉求为逻辑出发点,深入剖析当前职业教育校企双元育人中政府、院校、企业和教师、学生等各利益主体的辩证关系。并以各利益主体的彼此间博弈与融合为逻辑起点,提出了构建多元利益主体的校企多元育人路径框架,包括做好顶层设计,合理分配教育资源,积极配合企业需要,建立校企共同体,积极参与办学主体,获取社会认同感和创新教学模式,实现长效育人等。 Promoting the integration of vocational industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and the realization of vocational school-enterprise dual education has always been the logical main line of vocational education reform in China. The transformation of dual education in vocational education from ought to be state to real state is the endogenous characteristic of dual education in vocational education. From the three levels of endogenous appeals of the core indicators, structural dislocation and multi-agent governance reset of vocational dual education as the logical starting point, this paper analyzes the dialectical relationship among the government, colleges, enterprises, teachers, students and other interest subjects in the current dual education in vocational education schools and enterprises. Based on the logical starting point of the game and integration among the various interest subjects, this paper puts forward a multi education path framework for school enterprises, including making a good top-level design, reasonably distributing educational resources, actively cooperating with the needs of enterprises, establishing a school-enterprise community, actively participating in the school running subjects, acquiring social identity and innovating teaching mode, and realizing long-term education.
