摘要
防疫救灾物资大多来自社会各界的爱心捐赠,物资是否被安全、快速、准确的送达到被救助单位和人员是全社会关心的问题。如何实现对物资流转全过程透明化、可视化地智慧化管理是公益组织,政府面临的难题。本文着眼于实际,基于物联网、人工智能、区块链、边缘计算、三维仿真等技术的创新应用,采用全球统一标识系统(GS1系统),全面探索标准化具有推广性的防疫(救灾)物资仓储等智慧化管理解决方案,为提高公共卫生等事件应急救助效率,推进我国公益慈善事业诚信建设,提升政府监管能力提供了参考。
Most of the materials for epidemic prevention and relief come from whole society.Whether the materials are delivered to the organization and personnel to be rescued safely,quickly and accurately is a matter of concern to the whole society.How to real⁃ize the transparent and visual intelligent management of the whole process of material circulation is a problem faced by the public organizations and the government.This paper focuses on the reality,based on the innovative application of Internet of things,artifi⁃cial intelligence,blockchain,edge computing,3D simulation and other technologies,adopts the global unified identification system(GS1 system),and comprehensively explores the standardized and popularized intelligent management and understanding solutions for epidemic prevention(disaster relief)material storage,so as to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue for public health and other events,and promote the public welfare charity in China The construction of business integrity and the improvement of govern⁃ment supervision ability provide reference.
