摘要
以盒马鲜生门店末端配送为研究对象,在总结盒马鲜生物流配送作业流程的基础上,分析了盒马鲜生末端配送存在的问题,构建了以配送总里程最少和顾客满意度最高的双目标优化模型,并设计了改进的遗传算法对模型进行求解,最后通过实例分析验证了优化后的配送路径比原方案的配送路径更有优势。
Taking the terminal distribution of Freshippo store as the research object, on the basis of summarizing Freshippo’s biological flow distribution operation process, the problems existing in Freshippo’s terminal distribution are analyzed.A double-objective optimization model with the least total mileage of distribution and the highest customer satisfaction is constructed and an improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model. Finally, through the analysis of an example,it is proved that the optimized distribution route has more advantages than the original distribution route.
