可拆卸性产品的闭环物流网络设计模型

摘要 针对可拆卸产品,构建包含供应商、生产商、分销商、零售商、回收中心以及检测拆分中心的闭环供应链,重点考虑检测拆分中心在闭环供应链的作用,以闭环供应链总体费用最小为目标,建立可拆卸产品物流网络设计最小费用模型,用以确定各设施的位置、数量以及物流分配。然后对模型进行分析,得到闭环供应链上各主体的运输路线,最后进行案例验证,得到回收站和检测拆分中心的位置,从而使本区域的整个闭环供应链的费用最小,验证模型的有效性。 For detachable products, a closed-loop supply chain including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, recycling centers and detection and splitting centers is constructed. The role of detection and dismantling centers in the closed-loop supply chain is mainly considered. Aiming at the total cost of the closed-loop supply chain, a minimum cost model for the design of detachable product logistics network is established to determine the location, quantity and logistics distribution. Then analyze the model, get the transportation route of each main body on the closed-loop supply chain, finally carry on the case verification, get the location of recycle bin and detection split center, so as to minimize the cost of the whole closed-loop supply chain in this region, and verify the effectiveness of the model.
