摘要
"新零售"背景下,无论是传统实体零售还是电子商务都结合"新零售"的内涵试图改变困局并寻找新的增长点。"新零售"以消费者为中心,以大数据和技术为驱动力,通过"线上线下+物流"深度融合的全渠道模式达到提高效率和提升体验的目的,而进口跨境电商由于"跨境"的特性在效率和体验上存在诸多天然障碍。基于进口跨境电商的发展需求与"新零售"的目标较为一致,文章通过对"新零售"内涵的分析为进口跨境电商的发展路径提出建议:开设保税展示店和保税自提店实现跨境消费渠道闭环,通过数字赋能实现价值共创。
Under the background of "new retail", both traditional physical retail and e-commerce take use of the connotation of "new retail" to change the predicament and find new growth points. "New retail" aims to improve efficiency and experience, while imported cross-border e-commerce has many natural obstacles of efficiency and experience. Based on the development needs of imported cross-border e-commerce are consistent with the goal of "new retail", this article proposes the development path of imported cross-border e-commerce by analyzing the connotation of"new retai". Firstly, open bonded display stores and bonded self-collection stores to achieve the closed loop of cross-border consumption channels. Secondly,realize value co-creation through digital empowerment.
