摘要
文章对我国食品冷链的发展现状进行了研究,总结出食品冷链物流发展存在着冷链物流供需不平衡、食品安全保障较低、冷链物流体系不健全、冷链成本过高、专业技术人才匮乏的问题。并据此提出相关建议。希望能让更多的人意识到食品冷链物流的重要性,促进我国食品冷链物流的良性发展。
This paper studies the current situation of the development of food cold chain logistics in China, and concludes that there are some problems in the development of food cold chain logistics, such as unbalanced supply and demand, low food safety guarantee, imperfect cold chain logistics system, high cold chain cost and lack of professional and technical personnel. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward. Hope to make more people realize the importance of food cold chain logistics and promote the healthy development of food cold chain logistics in China.
