中德合作汽车专业人才培养模式创新的实践与思考

Research and Practice on the Innovation of Talent Training Mode Under Sino-German Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着汽车的日益普及以及售后服务行业的高速发展,社会对汽车检测、维修技术类服务人才的需求越来越多,对其从业素质的要求也越来越高。原有的人才培养模式已不能适应新的变化。以中德合作汽车检测与维修技术专业为例,依据专业建设历程,在人才培养、课程体系、教学团队、理实一体化室、考核评价等方面总结了专业人才培养模式改革的实践与成效,对高等职业教育人才培养模式的改革有一定助推意义。

With the popularization of the cars and the rapid development of the after-sale service,more and more qualified talents specialized in automobile maintenance and repair are needed.The original talent training mode has been unable to adapt to the new changes.For example,based on the Sino-German cooperation in the automobile detection and maintenance technology specialty construction process,the research and practice on the reform of higher vocational talents training mode was carried out and summarized,including talent training,curriculum system,teaching team,integration of theory and practice and evaluation,which is referential to the talent training mode reform in higher vocational colleges.
