浅谈对职业院校光伏材料制备技术专业人才培养模式的创新——以山东理工职业学院为例

On the Innovation of Talents Training Mode of Photovoltaic Material Preparation Technology Major in Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Shandong Polytechnic College

近年来,光伏材料制备技术专业正在很多职业院校中逐步建立,该专业的学生就业市场较好。但也存在如下问题:学生与用人企业互不适应,专业的人才培养定位模糊,教学手段单一,师资队伍建设亟需完善。以山东理工职业学院为例,从强化校企合作体制,实施创新“教学做一体化”“厂校融合”人才培养模式,加强信息化建设等方面,对塑造和培养光伏企业所需要的合格人才进行探讨。

In recent years,the major of photovoltaic materials preparation technology has been established in many higher vocational colleges,and students in this major have good career development.There still exist some problems such as the discordance between the students and the enterprises,uncertain training aim,dull teaching methods and weak teaching faculty.This paper takes Shandong Polytechnic College as an example,exploring the excellent talents needed in developing photovoltaic enterprises by strengthening the cooperation with enterprises,carrying out the teaching mode of integration of teaching and learning,the factory and college and strengthening the construction of informationization.
