高职院校跨境电商人才培养现状和对策

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Cross Border Electricity Supplier Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前我国正处在经济转型升级的重要时期,随着国外进口商、消费者的交易习惯发生变化、跨境电商服务体系日益完善,出口产品从“中国制造”到“中国质造”的跨越等新局面的出现,这些因素给跨境电商带来新的机遇。经济战略的全面铺开对跨境电商人才的培养提出了新的要求。为了进一步促进我国跨境电子商务行业的发展,高职院校加强了对跨境电子商务人才的培养,以期进一步促进我国电子商务模式的完善与优化。本文在论述跨境电商人才培养的重要性的基础上,具体分析了我国职业院校培养跨境电商人才的现状,并提出了解决跨境电商人才培养问题的具体对策。

At present our country is in an important period of economic transformation and upgrading,and with"the Belt and Road Initiative"and"Internet&Circulation"policy,cross border electricity supplier has entered a stage of rapid development.The economic strategy in an all-round way to cultivate talents of the cross border electricity supplier put forward new requirements.In order to further promote the development of cross boarder electronic commerce industry in China,higher vocational colleges strengthened the training of cross-border e-commerce talents,promoting and optimizing e-commerce mode in China.This paper firstly discusses the importance of cross border electricity supplier talent training,and and then analyzes current situation of cultivating talents in China's occupation of cross-border electricity supplier in higher vocational colleges,and finally puts forward some concrete measures.
