基于“校企合作、产教融合”模式下的软件技术专业建设研究——以山东理工职业学院软件技术专业人才培养为例

Research on the Construction of Software Technology Specialty Based on the Mode of"School Enterprise Cooperation,Industry Education Integration"——Taking Software Technology Professional Training of Shandong Polytechnic College as an Example

人才培养指对人才进行教育、培训的过程,教育教学改革的根本目的是提高人才培养质量。本文以山东理工职业学院软件技术专业校企合作、产教融合人才培养为例,通过人才培养过程的质量监控,发现校企合作存在问题,并提出具体应对办法,解决高职院校软件技术专业建设突出问题。

Talent training refers to the process of education and training for talents.The fundamental purpose of education and teaching reform is to improve the quality of talent training.In this paper,Shandong Polytechnic College software technology specialty school enterprise cooperation,the integration of industry and education personnel training was taken as an example,through the quality monitoring of personnel training process,found that there are problems in school enterprise cooperation,and put forward specific countermeasures to solve the outstanding problems of software technology specialty construction in higher vocational colleges.
