摘要
介绍了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铝锰铁合金中硅、铜、磷、钬、钙的方法:试样经盐酸和硝酸分解后,采用ICP-AES同时测定样品中硅、铜、磷、钛、钙的含量。本文通过实验确认了方法的溶样条件,分析谱线的选择,共存元素的影响等实验条件。通过精密度实验、加标回收、标准样品检测结果和不同方法间比对实验,验证了方法的可靠性。硅、铜、磷、钛检测结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)是0.57%~1.22%,钙检测结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)是9.26%(因为样品中钙含量为痕量级),加标回收率是97.0%~103.8%,并且硅、铜、磷、钛、钙的检测结果与其它方法的检测结果相吻合。
The method for determining silicon,copper,phosphorus,titanium,calcium content in ferroaluminum manganese alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spetrometer(ICP-AES)was presented.After the sample was decomposed by hydrochloric arid and nitric acid,The simuhaneous determination of silicon,copper,phosphorus,titanium,calcium were achieved by ICP-AES.In this paper,Through the experiment confirmed the method of sample melting rondition,Selection of analytical spectral lines,The influence of coexisting elements and other experimental conclitions.By precision of the experiment,standard addition recovery,Results of standard sample test and comparison experiments between different methods.The reliability of the method was verified.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=10)of test results of Si,Cu,P,Ti content was 0.57%~1.22%,The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=10)of test result of Ca content was 9.26%(Because Ca content was trace amounts in the sample),The recoveries were between 97.0% and 103.8%,The detemiination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by other methods.
