摘要
本研究分析了新基建的政策要求与燃煤智慧电厂建设之间的联系,通过5G网络、ICS智能发电操作系统、大数据中心、工业互联网、企业云平台、机器人和边缘计算芯片的基建项目落地应用,以促进燃煤火力发电工业的产业升级,降低生产经营成本和风险,提高生产效率。结果表明燃煤电厂新基建的战略核心包括4大部分:网络通信、大数据中心、操作系统和企业云平台、智能芯片。智慧电厂建设的4大领域包括5G和物联网、智能发电控制平台、基于大数据中心和工业互联网的企业智慧管理云平台、机器人和智能芯片。安全作业管控需打通电厂物联网三角链,实现人、设备、信息网络系统三大核心要素的信息互通互享。使用智能芯片边缘计算+大数据中心云计算组合的"云边结合"方式,比单纯使用云计算能够完成更多关键性业务。
The relationship between policy requirements of the new infrastructure and the construction of coal-fired intelligent power plants is analyzed.The infrastructure projects,like 5G network,ICS intelligent power generation operating system,large data center,industrial Internet,enterprise cloud platform,robot and edge computing chip are applied to promote the upgrading of coal-fired thermal power generation industry,reduce the production costs and risks,and improve the production efficiency.The results show that the strategic core of new infrastructure construction of the coal-fired power plant consists of four major parts:network communications,big data centers,operating systems and enterprise cloud platforms,and smart chips.Four areas of intelligent power plant construction include 5G and Internet of things,intelligent power generation control platform,enterprise intelligent management cloud platform based on big data center and industrial Internet,robot and intelligent chip.The management and control of safe operation needs to open the triangle chain of the Internet of things of the power plant to realize the information exchange and mutual sharing of the 3 core elements among human,equipment and information network system.The“cloud edge combination”method of using intelligent chip edge computing and big data center cloud computing can accomplish more critical businesses than simply using cloud computing.
