锅炉水压试验堵阀阀体裂纹原因分析及焊接修复

摘要 锅炉水压试验堵阀阀体为铸造件,在停机渗透检查时阀体表面发现裂纹。本文对铸造类水压试验堵阀阀体裂纹产生的原因进行分析,并根据裂纹形态、尺寸、深度、面积等,采用镍基冷焊工艺进行焊接修复,修复后的水压试验堵阀运行检验效果优良,满足了设备运行要求,有一定的借鉴意义。 Body of block valve in boiler hydraulic pressure test is casting parts,the crack is found on the surface of valve body in shutdown penetrant testing.The paper analyzes the causes of cracks in the valve body of the cast type hydraulic test plug valve,and according to the shape,size,depth and area of the cracks,uses the nickel base cold welding process for welding and repairing.After the repair,the operation and inspection effect of the hydraulic test plug valve is excellent,and it meets the operation requirements of the equipment.
