火电企业电动机性能实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Electric Motor’s Performance in Thermal Power Enterprises

作为火电企业重要的动力输出,电动机的使用、寿命、性能、维修保养对于火力发电企业的安全性起着举足轻重的作用,电动机的稳定运行关乎企业安全生产。因此,如何通过历史缺陷,维护经验,事故教训对电动机进行巡检、定检、维修、保养等工作至关重要。本文通过总结电动机过往检修经验,描述电动机主要巡检、性能、维修保养等问题。通过结合某火电企业近3a电动机实际缺陷数据,利用SPSS因子分析法、主要成分分析法对数据进行实证分析,得出影响电动机运行的主要性能指标。最后,对所得结论提出电动机维护、管理、巡视等可行性建议,从而有效提高电动机日常使用率及安全稳定性。

As an important power output of thermal power enterprises,the use,service life,performance and maintenance of electric motors play an important role in the safety of thermal power enterprises.The stable operation of electric motors is related to the safety production of enterprises.Therefore,how to through studying the historical defects,maintenance experience and accidents lessons to carry out inspection,regular inspection,maintenance and other work of the electric motors becomes very important.This paper describes the main inspection,performance,maintenance and other problems of the electric motors by summarizing the past maintenance experience of the motors,through combining the actual defect data of the 3a motors in a thermal power related enterprise,the methods of SPSS factor analysis and principal component analysis are used to analyze the data,and the main performance indexes affecting the operation of electric motors are obtained.Finally,some feasible suggestions for electric motors’maintenance,management and inspection are put forward,so as to effectively improve the daily use rate and safety and stability of the electric motors.
