Water cooled wall is an important part of boiler equipment,especially in circulating fluidized bed boiler,located in the area with high concentration of materials,water cooled wall is prone to explode and leakage during operation.Based on an example of a power plant unit,this paper analyzes the leakage cause of water cooled wall,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the operation and maintenance level of the power plant.
