Safety Management Practice under EPC Contract Mode of Thermal Power Engineering Construction

EPC工程建设模式(工程建设总承包模式)是当前国际工程承包中一种被普遍采用的承包模式,也是在当前国内建筑工程积极倡导、推广的一种承包模式。本文以国华电力宁东二期2×660MW火电工程项目建设EPC模式下安全管理为例,简要介绍宁东二期工程建设以风险预控为核心建立一整套较完善的安全管理体制机制的实践,梳理了宁东二期工程总承包安全管理实践过程中的经验和不足。

EPC engineering construction mode(general contracting mode of engineering construction)is a commonly used contracting mode in the current international project contracting,and it is also a contracting mode actively advocated and promoted in the current domestic construction project.The paper takes the safety management of Ningdong phase 22×660MW thermal power project of Guohua Power as an example,briefly introduces the practice of establishing a complete set of safety management system and mechanism with risk pre-control as the core in the construction of Ningdong phase 2 project,and combs the experience and deficiency in the practice of general contracting safety management of the project.
