摘要
在土地资源紧约束的大背景下,土地发展模式由增量扩张向存量优化转变,城市更新成为城市发展的主要方式。城市更新项目通常只注意提高用地开发强度,缺乏对片区交通的整体统筹考虑,当片区存在多个城市更新项目时,会对交通体系造成强有力的冲击。论文通过引入VISSIM微观交通仿真软件,直观展示片区道路交通运行效果,输出交叉口评价指标,评价城市更新项目对于片区交通的影响,提出交通改善措施,实现城市更新与城市交通的协调发展。最后,以深圳市南山区沿山路片区城市更新项目为例进行说明。
Land development models changes from incremental expansion toward stock optimization when land resource constraints are tight.Urban renewal has become the primary method of urban development.Urban renewal projects can increase the intensity of land use crudely when the overall planning for district traffic is lacking.In cases where multiple urban renewal projects occur in the same area,there is a substantial impact on the transportation system.VISSIM,a microscopic,behavior-based,traffic flow simulation software,was used to evaluate the impact of urban renewal projects on road traffic in the district and the evaluation indicators of the intersections.From this analysis,traffic improvement measures are proposed to realize the coordinated development of urban renewal and urban traffic.An urban renewal project along the Yanshan Road in Nanshan,Shenzhen is used as an example.
