摘要
基于长北气田实际生产运行状况,选择漏磁检测方法对北干线进行管道内检测和完整性评价。对比发现,北干线内外部金属损失在3次检测中的深度差均小于±10%wt,内部及外部金属损失无明显增长,腐蚀速率没有显著变化,管道处于良好状态。使用ASME B31G方法进行管道剩余寿命预测,在最大允许操作压力下,没有金属损失需要在再检测周期内计划维修。通过定期监测、清管作业等方式,有效减少管道积液,提高输送效率,降低输送风险。
Based on the actual production and operation of Changbei gas field,magnetic flux leakage detection method was selected for pipeline internal inspection and integrity evaluation of the N-trunkline.By comparison,it was found that the depth difference of the internal and external metal loss in the three tests of the N-trunkline was all less than±10%wt,with no significant increase in the internal and external metal loss,no significant change in the corrosion rate,and the pipeline was in good condition.The pipeline residual life was predicted using the ASME B31G method,and no metal loss needed to be scheduled for repair during the retest cycle at maximum allowable operating pressure.Through regular monitoring and pigging operation,pipeline effusion was effectively reduced,transportation efficiency was improved and transportation risk was reduced.
