摘要
为满足精密金属波纹管制造中焊接质量的高要求,确保荧光渗透检测中的检测灵敏度,介绍了水洗型荧光渗透检测应用于精密金属波纹管的检测步骤与关键点的控制,依据不同的环境条件选择不同的工艺参数用以保证检测灵敏度,同时通过分析荧光缺陷影像的形状特点判断缺陷性质,从而提高缺陷的检出率并保证波纹管的焊接质量。最后在精密金属波纹管荧光渗透检测中对一些典型缺陷产生原因和显像特点进行了总结,为实际检测工作提供参考。
In order to meet the high requirements of welding quality in the manufacture of precision metal bellows and to ensure the detection sensitivity in the fluorescence penetrant detection,the detection steps and control of key points for the application of water-washed fluorescence penetrant detection in the precision metal bellows were introduced.According to the different environmental conditions,different process parameters are selected to ensure the detection sensitivity,and the defect properties are judged by analyzing the shape characteristics of the fluorescent defect image,so as to improve the defect detection rate and ensure the welding quality of the bellows.Finally,the causes and imaging characteristics of some typical defects are summarized in the fluorescence permeation detection of precision metal bellows,it provides reference for the actual testing work.
