摘要 为了提高次声波泄漏监测系统的定位精度和抗干扰能力,针对单传感器次声波泄漏监测系统的不足,将单传感器泄漏监测系统优化改造为双传感器结构,建立了适用于该系统结构的实验环路,对优化后的双传感器次声波泄漏监测系统进行了性能测试。测试结果表明:双传感器次声波泄漏监测系统,不仅可以有效消除调泵、调压等外部干扰,而且提高了泄漏监测系统的可靠性和定位准确率,改进后的系统可实现对最小孔径3 mm泄漏点的可靠检测和定位。 In order to improve the positioning accuracy and anti-interference ability of infrasound leakage monitoring systems,targeting the shortcomings of single-sensor subsonic leakage monitoring systems,single sensor leakage monitoring system was optimized and transformed into a double sensor structure.An experimental loop suitable for the system structure was established,the performance of the optimized dual-sensor subsonic leakage monitoring system was tested.The test results show that the dual-sensor infrasound leakage monitoring system can not only effectively eliminate external interference such as pump adjustment and pressure adjustment,but also improve the reliability and positioning accuracy of the leakage monitoring system.The improved system can reliably detect and locate the leakage point with a minimum aperture of 3 mm.
