摘要
基于高坝洲水力发电厂轴流转桨式水轮发电机组运行过程中,调速器及其系统经常出现抽动现象,通过研判与探索,采用诸如更智能的控制策略并优化参数、更新非接触式传感器、采用合格的透平油并定期滤油、对传输信号进行滤波处理或减少传输距离、更换信号传输线路材质和测量元件及安装位置、合理调整功率调节死区等,可有效解决该类型调速器的抽动故障。
In the Kaplan turbine units in Gaobazhou Hydropower Plant,abnormal twitching of the governor system is frequently observed.Possible causes of this fault are analyzed and tested.Then,treatment measures are proposed correspondingly,such as the adoption of more intelligent control strategies and parameter optimization,replacement of non-contact sensors,usage of qualified turbine oil and regular oil filtering,implementation of signal filtering or reduction of the transmission distance,changing the signal transmission line material,the measurement elements and their installation positions,and reasonable adjustment of the power regulation dead zone.These measures can effectively solve the twitching fault of this type of governor.
