融合教育背景下特教助理教师培养的实践探索 被引量:6

摘要 随着融合教育的发展,普通学校特殊学生数量逐年增多,对特教助理教师的需求也与日俱增。通过总结特教助理教师的发展历程与专业培养的实际过程,明确其角色定位,帮助特教助理教师专业化成长,形成特教助理教师培养体系。在实践探索中反思,建议加强关注,破解“供需失衡”难题;政府出台政策,规范管理;深化研究,探索培养机制。 With the development of inclusive education,the number of students with special education needs in regular schools is growing and the demand for teacher assistant is increasing day by day.The research summarizes the role and professional development of teacher assistants in Haidian District and clarifies the role of teacher assistants in special education.The results show that more children participate in inclusive classrooms,teacher assistants develop rapidly in profession and the training system has been formed.Three suggestions are raised.Firstly,the whole society strengthens attention and solves the problem of“unbalanced supply and demand”.Secondly,the government issues related policies to regulate management.Finally,the researchers ought to explore training mechanism deeply.
