中空加压螺纹钉内固定治疗锁骨骨折患者的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Hollow Compression Screw Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Clavicle Fracture

目的:探讨锁骨骨折患者采用中空加压螺钉内固定术治疗的临床疗效。方法:随机将2015年1月~2018年4月治疗锁骨骨折的84例患者分为两组,A组采用环抱式接骨板结合克氏针内固定治疗,B组采用中空加压螺纹内固定术治疗,比较两组的手术疗效。结果:B组患者手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间明显短于A组,术中出血量、术后并发症发生率明显少于A组,治疗总有效率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中空加压螺钉内固定术治疗锁骨骨折,能减少手术出血量、促进骨折愈合,预防并发症发生,有利于患者早日康复。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of hollow compression screw fixation in the treatment of clavicle fracture.Methods:84 patients with clavicular fracture treated in a hospital from January 2015 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The roup A was treated with encircling plate combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation, and the group B was treated with hollow compression screw internal fixation. The surgical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The operation time, fracture healing time and hospitalization time of group B were significantly shorter than those of group A, the amount of bleeding during operation and the incidence of complications after operation were significantly less than those of group A,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hollow compression screw internal fixation for clavicular fracture can reduce the amount of bleeding, promote fracture healing, prevent complications, and help patients recover early.
