社区空巢老年人家庭医生契约式服务支付意愿影响因素研究

Influencing Factors of Payment Willingness of Community Empty Nest Elderly Family Doctor’s Contractual Services

目的:分析社区空巢老人家庭医生契约式服务支付意愿影响因素及对策。方法:访谈调查100例空巢老人是否有家庭医生契约式服务交付的意愿以及影响因素,进行对比分析。结果:空巢老年人的受教育水平越高,对自身身体健康状况的评价越低,对家庭医生契约式服务相关知识的知晓程度越高,支付意愿也就越高,在社区空巢老人中,女性与男性相比,更有支付意愿,婚姻不延续者比婚姻延续者的支付意愿更高。结论:在影响家庭医生契约式服务的众多因素中,社会经济学因素为主要因素。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors and countermeasures of community empty nest elderly family doctor’s contractual services. Methods:Interviews were conducted to investigate whether 100 empty nesters had the willingness and influence factors of family doctor contractual services. Results: The higher the education level of the empty nest elderly, the lower the evaluation of their own health status, the higher the awareness of the family doctor’s contract service related knowledge, the higher the willingness to pay.In the community empty nesters compared with men, women were more willing to pay, and the non-continuation of marriage were more willing to pay than the continuation of marriage. Conclusion:Among the many factors affecting family doctors’ contractual services, socioeconomic factors are the main factors.
