曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔与培哚普利对扩张型心肌病患者心功能及心室重构的影响

Effects of Trimetazidine Combined with Metoprolol and Perindopril on Cardiac Function and Ventricular Remodeling in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔与培哚普利对扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者心功能及心室重构的影响。方法:选择2017年2月~2019年2月某院收治的100例DCM患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组各50例。对照组给予美托洛尔联合培哚普利与常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪,比较两组心功能及心室重构指标。结果:治疗后,两组左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、促血管生成素-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)水平均低于治疗前,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于治疗前,且观察组变化幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DCM患者采用曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔与培哚普利治疗的效果较好,可延缓心室重构,有效改善心功能。

Objective:To investigate the effects of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol and perindopril on cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM). Methods:A total of 100 patients with DCM treated in a hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into 2 groups by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol combined with perindopril and conventional western medicine. The observation group was supplemented with trimetazidine on the basis of the control group, and the cardiac function and ventricular remodeling index of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the levels of left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD) and angiopoietin-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was higher than that before treatment,and the change range of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol and perindopril is effective in patients with DCM. It can delay ventricular remodeling and effectively improve cardiac function.
