二陈汤联合三子养亲汤加减治疗老年性肺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Erchen Decoction Combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Pneumonia

目的:探讨二陈汤联合三子养亲汤加减治疗老年性肺炎疗效。方法:选老年性肺炎患者80例,随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组采用二陈汤联合三子养亲汤,观察治疗结果。结果:实验组患者疗效、不良反应、死亡率均显著优于对照组,实验组白细胞数、降钙素原及C反应蛋白数值显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取二陈汤联合三子养亲汤加减治疗老年性肺炎疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Erchen decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction in the treatment of senile pneumonia.Methods:Eighty patients with senile pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Erchen decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction based on the control group.Then the treatment results were observed.Results:The efficacy,adverse reactions,and mortality of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.The numbers of white blood cells,procalcitonin,and C-reactive protein were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Erchen decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction in the treatment of senile pneumonia is effective and safe.
