鼻窦炎-鼻息肉采用布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗的效果及对患者鼻腔功能影响分析

Effect of Budesonide Combined with Nasal Endoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Sinusitis-Nasal Polyps and Its Effect on Patients’Nasal Function

目的:探讨鼻窦炎-鼻息肉采用布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗的效果及对患者鼻腔功能影响。方法:收集120例某院2014年1月~2019年1月鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者,随机分为两组。泼尼松片经口服用组采取鼻内镜手术治疗联合术后泼尼松片经口服用,布地奈德喷鼻组实施布地奈德喷鼻治疗联合鼻内镜手术治疗,分析两组鼻漏症状、鼻塞症状和头痛症状消失时间,治疗前后患者嗅觉功能评分、鼻黏膜结构评分和血清炎症因子以及并发症。结果:布地奈德喷鼻组鼻漏症状、鼻塞症状和头痛症状消失时间短于泼尼松片经口服用组,治疗后患者嗅觉功能评分、鼻黏膜结构评分和血清炎症因子低于泼尼松片经口服用组,并发症少于泼尼松片经口服用组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德喷鼻联合鼻内镜手术治疗对于鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎-鼻息肉的临床效果确切,可减轻患者的并发症的发生,改善鼻粘膜结构和嗅觉。

Objective:To investigate the effect of sinusitis-nasal polyps treated with budesonide combined with nasal endoscopic surgery and the effect on nasal function of patients. Methods:A total of 120 patients with sinusitis-nasal polyps treated with endoscopic sinus surgery in a hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were collected and randomly divided. The prednisone tablets administered orally group was treated for nasal endoscopic surgery combined with stepwise prednisone tablets. Budesonide nasal spray group was treated with budesonide nasal spray therapy combined with nasal endoscopic surgery. The time of disappearance of symptoms of rhinorrhea, nasal congestion and headache;Olfactory function score, nasal mucosal structure score and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment;complications in two groups were analyzed. Results:The extinction time of rhinorrhea, nasal congestion and headache symptoms in budesonide nasal spray group were lower than prednisone tablets administered orally group, after treatment, patients’ olfactory function score, nasal mucosal structure score and serum inflammatory factors were lower than prednisone tablets administered orally group, and complications were less than prednisone tablets administered orally group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Budesonide nasal spray combined with nasal endoscopic surgery improves the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on sinusitis-nasal polyps, which can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the nasal mucosa structure and smell.
