消化内镜下注射肾上腺素联合钛夹对非静脉曲张上消化道出血患者止血有效率及机体应激因子水平的影响

Effect of Adrenaline Injection Combined with Titanium Clip under Digestive Endoscopy on Hemostasis Efficiency and Body Stress Factor Level in Patients with Non Varicose Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:分析消化内镜下注射肾上腺素联合钛夹对非静脉曲张上消化道出血患者止血有效率及机体应激因子水平的影响。方法:选取某院2017年3月~2019年6月85例非静脉曲张上消化道出血患者,接受消化内镜下钛夹治疗的42例为对照组,接受消化内镜下注射肾上腺素联合钛夹治疗的43例为观察组,比较两组止血有效率、治疗前后机体应激因子水平[抗利尿激素(ADH)、皮质醇(Cor)]。结果:观察组止血有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组ADH、Cor水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:非静脉曲张上消化道出血患者接受消化内镜下注射肾上腺素联合钛夹治疗,能提高止血有效率,降低机体应激因子水平。

Objective:To analyze the effect of injecting adrenaline combined with titanium clips under digestive endoscopy on hemostatic efficiency and body stress factor levels in patients with non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods:85 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in a hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected, 42 patients who received titanium clip under digestive endoscope were the control group, and 43 patients who received adrenaline combined with titanium clip under digestive endoscope were the observation group. The hemostatic effectiveness and body stress factor levels [antidiuretic hormone(ADH), cortisol(Cor)] before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results:The hemostatic effectiveness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of ADH and Cor in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Patients with non-varicose upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who received adrenaline combined with titanium clips under digestive endoscopy can improve the effectiveness of hemostasis and reduce the level of stress factors in the body.
