探讨PDCA循环法在临床高危药品管理中的价值

Value of PDCA Circulation Method in Clinical High Risk Drug Administration

目的:探讨在临床高危药品管理中应用PDCA循环法的临床价值。方法:从2018年10月~2019年9月择取52张高危药品处方,将所选处方随机予以分组研究,对照组26张高危药品处方实施常规管理,研究组26张高危药品处方实施PDCA循环法管理,对照分析两组临床效果。结果:研究组在标准化流程评分、专人管理评分、专册登记评分、定期查对评分、有效期管理评分、不良事件评分、药品目录评分、专区存放评分、专用标识评分、定期管理评分、管理总评分上均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床高危药品管理中,PDCA循环法的应用具有显著临床价值,可以使药品管理质量提升,避免医疗风险事故发生,具有显著临床价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of PDCA circulation method in the management of clinical high-risk drugs. Methods:52 prescriptions of high-risk drugs from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups for study. 26 prescriptions of high-risk drugs in the control group weregiven routine management, 26 prescriptions of high-risk drugs in the study group were given PDCA circulation management, and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results: The scores of standardized process, special person management, special register registration, regular check, validity period management, adverse event, drug catalog, special area storage, special label, regular management and total management in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical high-risk drug management, PDCA circulation method has significant clinical value, which can improve the quality of drug management and avoid medical risk accidents.
