摘要
目的研究阳春砂Amomum villosum Lour.种壳的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、RP C18柱色谱等手段对阳春砂仁种壳70%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并通过波谱数据、薄层色谱信息鉴定所得化合物结构。结果从阳春砂仁种壳中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,1)、香草酸(Vanillic acid,2)、原儿茶酸(Protocatechuic acid,3)、槲皮素(Quercetin,4)、谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(sitosteryl-β-D-glucoside,5)。结论五个化合物均为首次从砂仁种壳中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical composition of seed shell of Amomum villosum. Methods:The silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,RP C18 column chromatography were used to separate and purify the 70% ethanol extract of the seed shell of Amomum villosum and the structure of the obtained compounds was identified by spectroscopy data and thin layer chromatography information. Results:Five compounds were isolated from the seed shell of Amomum villosum,and were identified as:β-sitosterol(1),vanillic acid(2),and protocatechuic acid(3),Quercetin(4),sitosterol-β-D-glucoside(5). Conclusion:All five compounds were isolated from Amomum villosum for the first time.
