摘要
不透性石墨广泛用于制造强酸介质下的化工设备,其中酚醛树脂是最常用的实现石墨设备不透性的粘结(浸渍)材料。然而,不透性石墨设备在长期使用过程经常出现开裂、渗漏等现象。其中,酚醛树脂的老化是导致设备失效的重要因素之一。本文分别介绍了酚醛树脂在自然条件、热氧条件以及温差循环等条件下的失效机制,并介绍了改进酚醛树脂老化性能的常用方法。
Impermeable graphite is widely used in equipments under corrosion circumstances, phenolic resin is the most widely used impregnant to achieve impermeable property. However, cracking and leakage often occur during long term use,which is mainly result from aging of phenolic resin. In this article, aging mechanism of phenolic resin under natrual condition, thermaloxidative condition and thermocycling condition as well as modification methods were disscussed.
