子宫内膜癌患者中血小板参数和T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导因子1的表达情况及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of platelet parameters and T lymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing factor 1 in patients with endometrial carcinoma

目的探讨子宫内膜癌(EC)患者中血小板参数和T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导因子1(TIAM1)的表达情况及临床意义。方法选取100例EC患者和106例接受子宫内膜活检且结果正常者,分别作为EC组和对照组。比较两组研究对象的血小板参数和TIAM1表达情况,比较不同临床分期EC患者的血小板参数及TIAM1表达情况。结果EC组患者的血小板计数(PLT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)及血小板压积(PCT)均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。EC组患者中TIAM1的阳性表达率为94.0%(94/100),明显高于对照组的6.6%(7/106),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。100例EC患者中,Ⅰ~Ⅱ期58例,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期42例。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期EC患者的PLT、PDW、MPV、PCT水平均低于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期EC患者中TIAM1的中等-强阳性表达率为68.97%(40/58),明显低于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者的92.86%(39/42),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论EC患者中血小板参数PLT、PDW、MPV、PCT水平较高,TIAM1在EC组织中的阳性表达率较高,血小板参数和TIAM1可作为预测EC发生与发展的新指标,对协助病情评估及预后判断有一定价值。

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of platelet parameters and T lymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing factor 1(TIAM1)in patients with endometrial carcinoma(EC).Method A total of 100 EC patients and another 106 cases with normal results of endometrial biopsy were included in the study as EC group and control group,respectively.The platelet parameters and TIAM1 expression between the two group were compared.The platelet parameters and TIAM1 expression in EC patients at different pathological stages were compared.Result The platelet count(PLT),platelet distribution width(PDW),mean platelet volume(MPV),and platelet hematocrit(PCT)in the EC group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of TIAM1 in the EC group was 94.0%(94/100),which was higher than that of the control group at 6.6%(7/106),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the 100 patients with EC,there were 58 patients with diseases of stageⅠ-Ⅱand 42 cases in stageⅢ-Ⅳ.Levels of PLT,PDW,MPV,and PCT of EC patients in stageⅠ-Ⅱwere lower than those in stageⅢ-Ⅳ,and statistically significant differences were noted(P<0.05).The moderate-strong positive expression rate of TIAM1 of EC patients in stageⅠ-Ⅱwas 68.97%(40/58),which was lower than that in stageⅢ-Ⅳpatients at 92.86%(39/42),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of platelet parameters including PLT,PDW,MPV,and PCT are higher in EC patients,besides,the positive expression rate of TIAM1 is higher in EC tissues.Platelet parameters and TIAM1 can be new indicators to predict the occurrence and development of EC,and may be of some value in assessing the medical conditions and prognosis.
